A Report on the First International Congress on Health and Ramadan

Abstract


The author reports on a January 1994 conference in Casablanca, Morocco held under the auspices of the King Hassan II Foundation for Scientific and Medical Research on Ramadan. this conference presented research on the effects of Ramadan fasting on healthy Muslims and those suffering from chronic illnesses.
